This isn't a design agency or a body-shop — the team leads with architects and senior engineers, not delivery managers, and positions as a long-term technical partner rather than a vendor.
What you're selling — real, differentiated capability across four areas:
Enterprise Platform Engineering — custom SaaS, API/systems integration, multi-tenant architecture, legacy modernization (proven up to 40% reduction in operational fragmentation)
Intelligent Automation & AI — agentic AI systems, LLM integration/fine-tuning, RPA, AI document processing (up to 60% reduction in manual processing time)
Cloud, DevOps & Scalability — AWS/Azure/GCP architecture, CI/CD, containerization, infrastructure-as-code (up to 35% reduction in infrastructure overhead)
