About this role
Android, MySQL, HTML, Full Stack Development, Web Application, AI Chatbot, AI Development · I need a full-stack developer (or small team) to build a lightweight delivery-style platform that skips online payments and live GPS tracking but keeps everything else that makes these apps convenient. The heart of the project is smooth user management: customers place orders, staff receive and process them, couriers mark them delivered, and I watch the whole flow from a robust admin dashboard.
AI features I want baked in from day one: • A recommendation engine that suggests products or add-ons the moment a user starts an order. • A conversational chatbot that handles routine questions and gathers feedback, while also feeding the admin panel with insights I can use for marketing and service tweaks.
Within user management the critical piece is flexible role assignment—customers, processors, couriers, and admins should each see only what they need. The admin panel must let me: • Track every order from creation to drop-off, change its status in a click, and view a concise timeline of the user’s past activity. • View user analytics at a glance so I can spot frequent buyers, churn risks, or top performers among staff. • Adjust roles or permissions instantly without digging
