About this role

Python, Data Processing, C# Programming, ASP.NET, VB.NET, AI Model Development, AI Integration, AI Automation, AI Quality Assurance, AI Training Data · Our in-house inline inspection application for our Intelligent Pig tool was originally written in .NET and has reached its limits. I now need a full redevelopment that not only matches all existing functionality but pushes far beyond it with AI-based data analysis, machine-learning insights and fully automated data-processing workflows.

You will receive: • The current executable and all available source or reverse-engineering access • Complete documentation of the binary data structure captured by the pig tool • Workflow notes that explain how technicians currently operate the software

Scope of work 1. Replicate every current feature so field technicians experience zero regression. 2. Introduce AI-based data analysis to surface anomalies, trends and predictive maintenance indicators. 3. Build ML models (your preferred framework) that continuously learn from new runs. 4. Automate data ingest, cleansing and report generation, eliminating manual steps. 5. Package everything into a robust, modern .NET solution—whether that means refactoring the present codebase or rebuilding it from scratch. I am open to whichever path delivers the cleanest, most maintainable result.
