The flow must guide callers through document submission, trigger automated account setup and finish with a brief orientation or training segment, all in a single, streamlined call experience with whatusp connection
Here’s what success looks like to me: • A conversational IVR in English and Malayalam that recognises voice or keypad input, validates answers and adapts its prompts dynamically. • Secure upload or capture of required onboarding documents, with confirmations sent to both the vendor and our back-office system. • Automatic creation of the vendor record in our CRM/ERP once documents clear basic checks, plus generation of login credentials and welcome emails/SMS. • A short interactive training module delivered by the IVR (e.g., quiz-style) so vendors leave the call knowing how to use our portal and support channels. • Real-time dashboards or reports that show call completion rates, drop-offs and any failed verifications so we can tune the flow quickly.
