PHP, JavaScript, Software Architecture, Google App Engine, Twilio, AI Chatbot Development, AI Development, AI Voice Agents, AI Automation, AI Training Data · I’m ready to deploy a fully-functional AI sales agent that can place outbound calls and lock in appointments for me. The core goal is straightforward: the bot should handle the entire call flow, qualify the prospect, and automatically drop confirmed meetings into my Google Calendar.
What I need from you: • Configure or build the voice-enabled AI (Twilio, Dialpad, Aircall, ElevenLabs, or any comparable stack you’re comfortable with) so it can dial leads autonomously, follow a branching script, and record call data. I have an inbound with Retell.ai already. • Train the agent with a clear appointment-setting script, including fallback answers and objection handling, so it sounds natural and stays on message. • Set up the Google Calendar integration—no other CRMs or email tools for now—ensuring time-zone detection, double-booking avoidance, and proper invite formatting. • Provide a simple dashboard or interface where I can upload new lead lists, monitor call outcomes, and tweak the script as needed.
Acceptance criteria: 1. Live demo where the agent books a test meeting directly into my Google Calendar. 2. Handover of all credentials, documentation, and editable scripts
