About this role
Software Architecture, CRM, Database Management, API Development, OpenAI Codex, AI Agents, n8n, AI Automation · I’m looking for an experienced AI Agent / Automation Developer to build an MVP for a cloud-based personal business operating system, primarily focused on Real Estate.
The system will include:
* Central CRM and management dashboard * Real estate properties, owners, clients, leads and deals * AI matching between property supply and buyer/tenant demand * WhatsApp Business integration and automated lead handling * AI follow-ups with human approval * Google Calendar, tasks and dynamic scheduling * Marketing, social media and content workflow * Digital products and order management * Finance, commissions and purchasing tracking * Market analytics and reporting * AI Executive Assistant for daily priorities and follow-ups
Preferred experience: OpenAI API / AI Agents, n8n or Make, WhatsApp Business API, Notion/Airtable/CRM, Google Workspace APIs, databases and business process automation.
I am looking for someone who can design the architecture and build a working MVP — not just a chatbot.
