We are looking for an experienced developer/team to build a complete multi-tenant AI Receptionist SaaS, initially for clinics/doctors.
Required Features: • AI answers incoming calls naturally like a real receptionist • English + Hindi + Bengali • Low-latency real-time voice with interruption/barge-in • Custom AI voice, greeting, FAQs, doctors, services, fees & timings for each clinic • Collect patient name, mobile, requirement, doctor & preferred time • Book / reschedule / cancel appointments • Doctor-wise availability with no double booking • Human call transfer • Call recording, transcript & AI summary • WhatsApp confirmations and reminders • Google Calendar + Google Sheets integration • Patient/enquiry CRM • Clinic Web/PWA dashboard • Super Admin dashboard • Multi-clinic / multi-tenant SaaS • Subscription plans, AI-minute limits & extra-minute billing • Razorpay/payment integration • Reports & analytics • Roles & permissions • Android/iOS app option • White-label/reseller option • Secure database, backups, audit logs & tenant isolation • Modular telephony/AI architecture so providers can be changed later
