About this role
Python, Django, Node.js, AngularJS, Full Stack Development, Backend Development, Frontend Development · I already have an unfinished application that needs attention in four intertwined areas: Frontend UI/UX, Backend server logic, AI model enhancement, and the overall move toward a reliable SaaS offering. The existing code base is functional but fragmented; the original developer left limited documentation and I’m not completely sure which tech stack was finally chosen. You’ll start with a brief audit of the repository to identify the frameworks and libraries in place, then recommend whether we keep, refactor, or replace any layer.
Frontend • Polish the current interface, improve component structure, and ensure responsive behaviour across desktop and mobile. • I’m aiming for a friendly, modern look—feel free to leverage React, Angular or Vue once you confirm compatibility with what’s already there.
Backend • Streamline API endpoints, tighten security, and set up a scalable architecture (Node.js, Express, Python + FastAPI—open to the most practical path once you review the code). • Implement proper test coverage and CI/CD so releases are painless.
AI model • The core model works but needs tuning for accuracy and speed. You’ll review the training pipeline, update or retrai
