About this role
PHP, Website Design, UML Design, HTML, Automation, API Integration, AI Chatbot, AI Integration, Chatbot Development, AI Automation · I’m ready to build a fully automated sales engine for my Enagic water business in Australia and need an architect who has already stitched AI, integrations and funnels together at scale. The immediate priority is to automate customer onboarding and follow-ups inside a HubSpot environment and layer in intelligent chatbots or virtual assistants that can handle questions, bookings and simple support without my direct touch.
Phase 1 is a paid Discovery & Architecture engagement. During this milestone you will:
• Map the end-to-end funnel—from lead capture through onboarding, distributor support and KPI reporting—showing exactly where AI, automations and freelancers plug in. • Recommend a future-proof tech stack that I will own entirely (no vendor lock-in) and outline every needed integration, API and compliance safeguard. • Produce a 90-day implementation roadmap with resource estimates, success metrics and a clear hand-off plan.
By the end of Discovery I expect a concise architecture document, annotated workflow diagrams, and an itemised task list that any delivery team could follow.
