Google Sheets, Automation, Zapier, API Integration, ChatGPT, n8n, Grok, AI Workflow Automation · I run a small services company and would like our routine workflows to run themselves. The core stack is Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and HubSpot; I need an expert who can connect those three tools to an LLM layer—whether that ends up being ChatGPT, Claude, Grok or a mix—so that data flows automatically and triggers happen without anyone touching a keyboard.

Here’s what has to happen.

• Data entry & updates: whenever a quote, lead, or status change appears in HubSpot, the relevant rows in Google Sheets should populate or refresh. • Scheduling & reminders: new jobs or follow-ups added in Sheets or HubSpot must instantly create the right Google Calendar events, complete with reminder logic that can adjust if details shift. • AI reasoning: the large-language-model layer should watch these events, interpret notes or plain-language prompts, and decide which workflow to fire—saving summaries, flagging anomalies, or nudging the team when human input is required.
