PHP, Java, Mobile App Development, Android, Kotlin, Payment Gateway Integration, Android App Development, API Integration · I’m looking for a developer who can build a lean, production-ready Android shopping app that does one thing exceptionally well: move users from “Add to Cart” straight through a secure checkout and payment gateway.
Scope • Native Android build (Java or Kotlin) that runs smoothly on the current OS versions. • Core screens: simple product view (fed by my existing API), cart summary, shipping details, payment screen, and order confirmation. • Integrated payment gateway—Stripe is preferred, but I’m open to your recommendation as long as it supports major cards and works worldwide. • Guest checkout only; no user sign-up or login flows. • Clear error handling, validation, and success/fail callbacks so I can track each order’s status on the backend. • Deliverables: clean, well-commented Android Studio project, compiled APK, and short setup README.
Nice to have (not mandatory but welcome): coupon field, order history cache, and unit tests.
