About this role

Python, .NET, Data Processing, C# Programming, Software Testing, Software Development, SQLite, Data Analysis, Database Management, Pandas · I’m ready to build a Windows-compatible application that lets me drop in raw Propwire or Propstream exports (currently CSV only) and receive a clean, research-ready dataset. Once imported, the data should automatically sort by Zip code while still keeping key fields—parcel number, owner name, current deed, encumbrances, length of ownership, property-tax status, and any municipal code violations—readily filterable.

The core of the job is an algorithm that applies my own grading rules and assigns every record a numbered score. When I open a property profile I want a “deep dive” view that compiles all of the above details plus up-to-date contact information for the current owner in one place.

Deliverables I need to see: • Import module that accepts Propwire/Propstream CSV files without manual cleanup • Data engine that stores, indexes, and lets me query by Zip code and all other key fields listed above • Customizable grading algorithm with an easy way for me to tweak the weight of each factor • Property profile screen or report that aggregates the graded score, full data points, and owner contact details • Clear install package (or single-file EXE) that runs smoothly o
