Aspire Proposal & Estimating Integration

PHP, Visual Basic, Excel, Software Architecture, CRM, HTML, API Integration, Aspire · I use Aspire Software for landscape operations and I’m ready to take our proposal process up a notch. I need my existing proposal templates rebuilt so the layout looks polished and on-brand, the wording is easier to tweak for each client, and—most importantly—the files talk directly to Aspire’s estimating module.

Here is the workflow I’m aiming for:

1. I start a new estimate in Aspire. 2. Item costs flow automatically into the matching sections of a proposal. 3. Client information (contact, property, and any custom fields) pulls in without manual re-typing. 4. Automated calculations inside the document update totals, subtotals, and taxes the moment I adjust quantities or pricing. 5. The finished proposal is ready to send or push through our normal approval steps.

What you’ll handle: • Template design and content modification—clean HTML or native Aspire format so staff can still tweak language on the fly. • Feature integration: automated calculations and client data import using whatever hooks Aspire exposes (API, custom fields, or merge tags). • A tight connection to the estimating side, especially cost estimation data, so numbers stay aligned even after revision
