We're a growing business currently operating across a mix of Odoo (CRM/ERP), Monday.com, SharePoint, and Office 365. We're looking for an experienced Business Process Analyst / AI Automation Consultant to review our current operational workflows and identify where automation and AI can genuinely improve efficiency.
Scope of work: 1. Review how our current processes operate across Odoo, Monday.com, SharePoint, and Office 365 2. Map existing workflows and data flow between these systems 3. Identify repetitive, manual, or inefficient tasks 4. Identify concrete opportunities where automation or AI could add measurable value 5. Recommend a practical automation/integration approach (e.g. native tool automations, Power Automate, Zapier/Make, n8n, or custom integration) 6. Provide a scoped implementation plan with estimated effort and expected ROI
