PHP, JavaScript, Software Architecture, MySQL, Web Development, Backend Development, Frontend Development, Automation, Database Management, API Development · Our in-house web application already lets us control 90 % of our course catalog, video lectures, and promotional banners through an Admin Control Hub, yet the automated admission & inquiry pipeline still needs to catch up. This project zeroes in on that single area. I want every prospect to move from first click to confirmed enrollment under one seamless flow, complete with a unique sequential enrollment ID assigned the moment the inquiry is converted.
Here is what I need you to deliver: • A fully automated pipeline that captures inquiries, validates data, triggers real-time notifications for both staff and student, and generates the sequential enrollment ID we use for accounting and classroom allocation. • An admin-side dashboard view that lets us filter by status (new, in review, enrolled) and export data on demand. • Smooth hand-off to our existing helpdesk ticket system so any unanswered question instantly becomes a trackable ticket. • Clean, well-documented code that fits into the current architecture without breaking the Admin Control Panel’s live-content features.
