The store must feel modern, mobile-friendly and fast, with automated catalogue management so I can upload, edit or retire products in bulk.
A built-in product-recommendation engine is essential; I want visitors to see “People also bought…” or “Suggested remedies” based on browsing and purchase history. This feature should work from day one and be easy for me to fine-tune without coding.
