About this role
JavaScript, Website Design, CSS, Animation, User Interface / IA, HTML, Web Development, Website Optimization · I need a clean, modern, bilingual one-page website for a small technology business.
My English is limited, so I strongly prefer a freelancer who can communicate in Chinese (Mandarin). Most project communication may be in Chinese.
The website itself must support both Chinese and English, with a simple language switcher such as:

The website should include:
Hero section with company name, short introduction and CTA About section Services section with 3–4 service cards “Why Choose Us” section Contact section Responsive design for desktop, tablet and mobile Smooth scrolling and simple animations Clean, professional and fast-loading layout Chinese and English versions of all main website content Simple language switching without reloading the whole page if possible
HTML/CSS/JavaScript or React is fine. No complex backend is required.
