The ideal candidate speaks Spanish and English or Portuguese and English confidently, enjoys meeting new people, and has a basic understanding of software development. You do not need to be a senior developer or experienced technical interviewer. Junior developers, recent graduates, self-taught developers, technical support professionals, and candidates with a strong interest in technology are welcome. We provide training, schedules, prepared questions, technical materials and ongoing support.
