Build Local AI Platform

PHP, Python, Machine Learning (ML), HTML, Node.js, Git, Docker, Flask, API Development, FastAPI · I want to move everything my team currently does in Manus onto our own hardware so we can cut subscription costs, scale at our pace, and keep full control of the data. The system has to sit on a local workstation or small on-prem cluster, expose a clean web-app interface that everyone on the team can log into, and run multiple models side by side for text generation, image generation, video creation, and code-first web development.

Here is what matters most to me: • Each of those model families (think LLaMA/LLM-based writers, Stable Diffusion style artists, an open-source video generator, plus a code-assistant such as Code Llama or StarCoder) must be installed, optimised for the available GPUs, and callable through a single API so the front-end can switch tasks without fuss. • The web interface should let us pick a model, set basic parameters, submit a job, and then view or download results. A light Flask, FastAPI, or Node back-end is fine; the UI can be React, Vue, or whatever you prefer—speed and clarity win. • I need the whole stack containerised (Docker or similar) so I can add new GPUs, bolt on extra storage, or swap in fresh models without breaking existing workflows
