I am looking for an experienced freelance mobile app developer / full-stack developer to build an MVP of a Business Management & Digital Ledger App.
About the App
The app will be designed for distributors, wholesalers and businesses in India to manage their daily business numbers, customer ledger, payments and outstanding.
This is NOT a Billing/Invoice App.
Main Features
- Customer/Outlet-wise Digital Ledger - Ledger Entry: Sale Amount, Payment, Cash/Credit/Partial - Automatic Outstanding Calculation - Payment & Collection Tracking - Salesman-wise Sales - Market/Route-wise Sales - Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports - Total Business Investment Tracking - Outstanding SMS Reminder - Owner & Manager Dashboard
User Roles
Owner: Overall business view & reports
Manager: Add/Edit/Manage customers, ledger, payments, salesmen, markets etc.
Salesman: View Only — can view parties/outlets assigned to him, but cannot Add, Edit or Delete anything.
Customer: Can view only their own ledger, outstanding and payment history.
