About this role
Python, Cloud Computing, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Full Stack Development, Next.js, CI/CD, REST API · I need a full-stack partner to design and build a robust Clinic ERP system. The first milestone is a rock-solid patient-management module—patient profiles, medical history, appointment scheduling, consultation notes, and prescription handling—because that is the feature we cannot launch without.
From there, I want the codebase architected so we can plug in additional modules such as billing, pharmacy, inventory, laboratory, and analytics dashboards without major refactoring. Clean, modular design is essential.
Core technical expectations • Front end in React or Next.js with a modern, responsive UI. • Back end in either Node.js or Python, exposing well-documented REST APIs. • Central data layer on PostgreSQL. • Secure authentication, role-based access control, and audit logging baked in from day one. • Notification hooks (email/SMS/push) for appointment reminders and critical events. • Container-ready deployment with CI/CD to a mainstream cloud provider.
