Graphic Design, User Interface / IA, HTML, React.js, UI / User Interface, Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Next.js, Web Design · I’m ready to give our commercial-real-estate web application a fresh, modern face. The underlying search, data, and analytics engines are already running smoothly, so your focus will be a full front-end redesign that drops into the existing codebase without disrupting any of that back-end logic.
Style & feel • Modern and minimalistic visuals with clean typography, generous whitespace, and a muted palette that lets data shine. • An easy, intuitive user flow that feels effortless on first use.
Core screens to refine • Property Listings – the heart of the platform. Cards, tables, map view, and comparison tools all need a cohesive look and clearer hierarchy. • Loan Details – investors toggle through rates, terms, and amortization schedules; the new UI must surface these figures quickly and elegantly.
Everything else (dashboards, search filters, account settings) should follow the same visual system so the product feels seamless, but the two areas above take priority.
