About this role
PHP, Python, Project Management, Software Architecture, MySQL, Software Development, Database Management, API Development · I am building an end-to-end HR management platform whose heart is a robust employee database. The system must let me store full employee profiles, track their employment history and performance reviews, and keep every contract, certificate, and policy document in one place. Around that core, I also want standard HR workflows—onboarding, deboarding, leave administration, payroll processing, and general employee management—handled smoothly from the same interface.
Key deliverables • Employee database with search, role-based access, bulk import/export, and audit trail • Profile module: personal data, contacts, dependents, visas, custom fields • History & performance: job changes, goals, appraisals, disciplinary records • Secure document vault tied to each profile (drag-and-drop upload, expiry alerts) • Workflow engines for onboarding/off-boarding checklists, leave requests/approvals, and payroll calculations • Dashboard & reporting (head-count, turnover, leave balances, payroll summaries) • Cloud-ready codebase with API endpoints so we can integrate with future tools
