About this role

PHP, Website Design, Graphic Design, WordPress, Django, User Interface / IA, HTML, Laravel, Web Development, Database Management · I’m building an online hub where people who feel cheated by Robin Hood or other companies like Apple, Samsung, Lenovo and similar brands can pool their stories and see real progress. The core of the site is a secure intake system that collects: • personal details (name, email, phone) • each user’s written complaint and supporting evidence • transaction specifics with the company involved

Every record then gets auto-tagged three ways—by the individual user, by complaint type, and by the company named—so visitors can search or filter quickly.

Key screens I need developed:

1. Complaint Submission – a guided form that saves to a database, sends the user a confirmation email, and shows a “thanks, we’ll be in touch” page. 2. Company Lookup – searchable list of firms; clicking a name reveals the aggregated complaints against them. 3. Case Updates – a news-style feed where I can post status changes and victories; users should be able to subscribe for email alerts. 4. “Coming Soon” Landing – a separate page with the headline: “Can’t get a refund and tired of endless calls? Let us handle it.” It simply captures an email address so we can notify visitors when the
