I specifically need a standalone desktop or cross-platform application rather than a website or mobile app, so please focus your solution accordingly. The goal is to load structured data (CSV, Excel, or a simple database), explore it quickly through filtering and pivot-style summaries, run common statistical or machine-learning routines, and then export clean visual or tabular reports.
You’re free to choose the tech stack you feel delivers the best user experience—Python (PyQt, Tkinter, or Electron with a Python backend) or a modern compiled language such as C#/.NET or Java are all acceptable. What matters is that the interface remains intuitive for non-technical staff, computations are performant on mid-range hardware, and the codebase is well documented for future maintenance.
