PHP, Website Design, Graphic Design, HTML, UX / User Experience, UI / User Interface, Web Development, Frontend Development · I need a skilled developer to build a new website from the ground up. My immediate requirement is the development work itself; I have not settled on a specific site category yet, so I am open to solutions ranging from e-commerce and portfolios to blogs or any hybrid that best suits my goals once we discuss them further.
Because I don’t yet have a design or wireframe, I will rely on your guidance for layout, UI/UX choices, and overall visual direction. If you prefer to work from a formal wireframe, feel free to propose one as part of the project flow.
