About this role
PHP, JavaScript, WordPress, Geolocation, HTML, Frontend Development, Gravity Forms, WordPress Plugin · I need a tailor-made WordPress front-end form that lets me log every new tree we plant. The form must collect 8 specific fields—Botanical Name, Family, Common Name, Appearance, Flower & Fruits, Common Uses, multiple dated photos, and a latitude/longitude geocode. On submission, the entry should automatically publish as its own mobile-friendly page under a clean, human-readable custom URL.
I want to keep the presentation simple: show each field in a clear, attractive detailed list, followed by an image gallery that supports multiple uploads in one go and displays the date attached to every photo. An embedded map (or at least a clickable coordinate link) should visualize the geocode. If you can generate a QR code that links back to the new page, include that near the top of the layout.
WordPress solutions such as a small custom plugin, Advanced Custom Fields (Pro), or Gravity/Fluent/MetForm are fine as long as everything works from the front end, no coding knowledge needed once you deliver. All pages must be responsive and share the same clean styling in line with the current theme.
Deliverables: • Fully functional front-end form integrated into my site • Automatic page creation
