I've built a crop yield estimation and loan eligibility assessment system for unbanked smallholder farmers in India, and need help taking it to full production deployment. Looking for a freelancer/team experienced in:

Deploying a FastAPI backend (Python) to production (Render/Vercel or similar) PostgreSQL database setup and migration to production Integrating and hardening a WhatsApp delivery pipeline via Twilio Setting up faster-whisper voice transcription in a production environment Deploying/scaling a ChromaDB RAG pipeline connected to the Claude API for Hindi NLP Ensuring the Google Earth Engine (Sentinel-2 NDVI/NDWI) and multi-source weather pipeline (Open-Meteo, CHIRPS, NASA POWER, NOAA ENSO) run reliably as scheduled jobs Integrating real government agricultural datasets (e.g. AGMARKNET mandi prices, land records, or state agri department data) to replace/supplement sample data with authentic sources Setting up monitoring, logging, error handling, and basic CI/CD General DevOps: environment configuration, secrets management, uptime reliability
