About this role
PHP, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, HTML, Bootstrap, Web Development, Web Design · I need a clean, fully responsive contact page added to my existing site. The page will display our phone number with a one-tap click-to-call button, a mailto email link, and our full physical address beside a small embedded map for easy directions.
Prominent, branded icons must connect visitors to our Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts. Beneath these links, include a streamlined contact form (name, email, subject, message) that submits via AJAX, shows clear success / error feedback, and routes messages directly to my inbox.
To complete the experience, integrate a lightweight live-chat widget—Tawk.to, LiveChat, Intercom, or your comparable suggestion—styled to match our colours.
The page should inherit my current Bootstrap-5 styles, load quickly, and avoid unnecessary libraries. Final deliverable is production-ready HTML/CSS/JS (or PHP if you prefer for form handling) with brief install notes so I can drop it straight onto the server.
Acceptance criteria: • All features listed above are visible and functional on desktop and mobile. • Page scores 90+ in Google Lighthouse mobile tests. • Design meets WCAG AA contrast guidelines.
