About this role
PHP, JavaScript, WordPress, HTML, Laravel, Web Development, Mobile Development, Database Management · I need a web-based event registration form built from scratch or seamlessly added to an existing site. The form must collect three sets of data—personal details (name, email, phone), payment information, and dietary preferences—then process and store them securely.
Key features I expect: • Automated confirmation emails triggered immediately after a successful submission. • One-click integration that places the attendee straight into their calendar (Google, Outlook, or Apple). • A hard cap on total registrants that gracefully closes the form once the limit is reached and shows a wait-list message.
Feel free to implement with the stack you are most comfortable in (HTML/CSS/JS, PHP, Laravel, WordPress plug-in, or a modern framework like React + Firebase) as long as the UX is clean, mobile-friendly, and the admin side lets me export attendee data effortlessly.
Final deliverables include the fully functional form, source files, brief setup notes, and a quick test session so we can confirm emails fire, calendar links work, and the cap shuts the doors at the right headcount.
