About this role
PHP, JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, HTML, Bootstrap, Web Development · I’m building the E-CARE platform as a web-only solution that lets healthcare providers monitor patient metrics in real time and receive immediate alerts when any reading crosses a critical threshold. Patients themselves won’t log in; every screen, workflow, and notification is aimed at doctors, nurses, and allied staff who need quick, reliable insight during a shift.
What I need developed is a responsive web application that:
• Authenticates healthcare providers securely and lets them search or filter their assigned patients • Streams or regularly polls vital-sign data, displaying it in an at-a-glance dashboard and in detailed trend charts • Triggers configurable alerts (visual, email, or SMS) based on threshold rules I can edit from an admin panel • Stores readings safely with an audit trail for later review • Exports summary reports in PDF/CSV for weekly clinical meetings • Ships with clean, well-commented source code and a short setup guide so I can deploy it on our server without surprises
I’m flexible on the exact tech stack—React, Vue, Angular, or another modern front-end paired with a reliable back-end (Node, Django, Laravel, etc.) are all fine as long as the fi
