PHP, Website Design, eCommerce, CRM, HTML, Web Development, Payment Gateway Integration, API Integration · I’m building a straightforward online store and I need the whole pipeline ready for launch—from the storefront right through to customer follow-up. The site itself must function as a full e-commerce platform, complete with a secure payment gateway and the ability for shoppers to leave product reviews that display publicly.
Behind the scenes, I want a light CRM focused on lead management only. New enquiries or abandoned carts should slide straight into a simple pipeline where I can track, tag and update their status without wading through unnecessary marketing features.
WhatsApp is the final piece: order confirmations, shipping updates and lead-nurture messages all need to fire automatically through the WhatsApp Business API so conversations stay in one familiar channel for my customers.
