About this role
PHP, Website Design, Graphic Design, WordPress, Animation, HTML, Web Development, Frontend Development · The task is to build a neat, clean and fully responsive real-estate website that feels classic and elegant while remaining highly interactive. I already have the brand direction; what I need is the complete design-to-deployment workflow handled so the site loads quickly, guides visitors smoothly through each page, and converts casual browsers into qualified leads.
Animations To create a polished, conversational experience the front-end must include: • Page transitions that feel seamless, not jarring • Subtle hover effects on cards, buttons and thumbnails • Lightweight loading animations that reassure users while content fetches
Core functionality • Property listings that I can add, edit and archive from an admin area • Robust search and filter options (price, location, bedrooms, etc.) so buyers find the right home fast • Secure user login and registration to let visitors save favourites and schedule viewings
Style & UX The design language should be classic and elegant—think harmonious typography, a reserved colour palette, generous white space and refined micro-interactions. The layout has to stay consistent across desktop, tablet and mobile. Accessibility an
