PHP, JavaScript, CRM, Node.js, AngularJS, Web Development, API Development, Payment Processing, Workflow Automation, SaaS Development · I am building an all-in-one commerce infrastructure for the hospitality, weddings and events sector. The platform must let venues and vendors sell, manage and fulfil bookings while giving clients a seamless buying experience.
Core functionalities that must be rock-solid • Booking management • Vendor management • Payment processing
Within booking management the following components are critical and should be available from day one: • Calendar & real-time availability (Google Calendar sync) • Quotation / RFQ workflow that converts directly into digital contracts
Beyond those pillars, the roadmap includes a public marketplace, SaaS dashboards for vendors, workflow automation, full CRM, digital contracts, split payments with automated vendor payouts, customer and event management, analytics and AI-assisted planning tools. Every module has to speak to each other through a clean, well-documented API so that future mobile apps or third-party integrations are straightforward.
