First, I want a comprehensive technical and content audit that pinpoints crawl errors, speed issues, thin pages and missed keyword opportunities. Off the back of that, you’ll prepare a clear action plan showing what gets tackled first and why.
Next comes execution: updating meta data, refreshing on-page copy, tightening internal links, deploying schema markup, improving Core Web Vitals, and rolling out a white-hat outreach campaign to secure authoritative backlinks. Google is the primary target; optimisation that also lifts performance on Bing and Yahoo is a welcome bonus.
