About this role

PHP, JavaScript, Software Architecture, CRM, MySQL, Node.js, Laravel, Web Development · I’m setting up a web-based CRM whose single, overriding purpose is customer management through smart segmentation. Everything in the build should make it effortless for me to group customers according to how actively they engage with our brand—high-touch regulars, occasional users, lapsed accounts, and any custom tiers I define.

Core flow • Import or manually add customer records. • Track simple engagement metrics I can tweak (visit frequency, email opens, purchase recency, etc.). • Auto-assign every record to the appropriate engagement segment, then let me filter, search, export, and trigger actions from those segments.

I may broaden the platform later to full contact management or interaction tracking, but right now the segmentation engine is the deliverable that matters. A clean browser interface, role-based access, and clear documentation on how to adjust the engagement rules will be key acceptance criteria.

Hand-off needs to include: the production-ready site deployed to my host, admin credentials, source code, and a quick-start guide so I can maintain the engagement logic without touching raw code.
