About this role

Copywriting, Proofreading, Editing, Ghostwriting, Content Writing, UX / User Experience, Content Strategy, User Experience Research · I’m refining the onboarding experience inside my mobile app and need a skilled UX copywriter to rewrite every word a new user sees during those first few screens. The current copy feels scattered; I want it polished into a clear, concise, and strictly formal tone that guides users through account creation, permissions, and first-time feature highlights without sounding cold or robotic.

You’ll receive screenshots and character-count limits for each onboarding panel. I’d like you to replace or tighten headings, body text, button labels, micro-descriptions, and any inline tips so they read consistently, eliminate ambiguity, and reinforce our brand’s professional voice. If wording impacts layout, note it so my design team can adjust spacing inside Figma.

Deliverables (all text ready for direct implementation): • Revised copy for each onboarding screen, matched to provided character limits • A short rationale per screen explaining intent and tone choices • Suggestions for any additional microcopy that could further reduce friction

Acceptance criteria: the copy must fit the allotted space, retain formal language throughout, and improve task-completion clarity when A/B-tested aga
