About this role
Product Design, Frontend Development, Figma, Visual Design, shadcn/ui · We are building an enterprise B2B SaaS product used by insurance organizations and their frontline agents.
The core application, backend services and product functionality already exist.
We are not looking for someone to redesign the product using generic AI-generated dashboards or templates.
We are looking for an experienced Product Designer / Design Engineer who can take an existing functional application and turn it into a polished enterprise product.
What We Need
The engagement will happen in two clear stages.
Stage 1: Product UI/UX and Design Freeze
You will:
Audit the existing application and workflows Understand the major user personas and journeys Improve information architecture where required Establish the visual direction for the product Design the application in Figma Create a reusable design system Define typography, spacing, navigation, forms, tables, cards, status states, dialogs, filters and other components Design loading, empty, error and success states Ensure consistency across the complete product Produce developer-ready Figma files Work with us until we reach a formal UI Freeze
