About this role
PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, HTML, Web Development, Frontend Development, Data Integration, Google Sheets · I require a straightforward online form that lets people sign up for an upcoming event. The form only needs three fields—name, email and phone—yet it must feel polished and be quick to complete.
My priority is reliable phone-number validation so I never receive incomplete or mistyped numbers. A simple JavaScript or HTML5 pattern check is fine, though I’m open to using a lightweight library or API if you already have one that improves accuracy without adding bloat. No other validation rules are needed.
Once the attendee submits, the data should be stored in a format that I can easily download—CSV or Google Sheets integration would be perfect—while a brief confirmation message (no email confirmation necessary) reassures the user that we’ve received their details.
