About this role
PHP, Data Entry, Excel, Data Integration, Data Management · I have several exported tables from our customer databases that need to be organised in Excel before we can feed them into our CRM. The files contain purely text fields—names, addresses, emails, notes—and they suffer from the usual mess that builds up over time.
The work is straightforward but must be precise. In this batch I need you to:
• Remove every duplicate record while keeping the most complete row • Correct obvious formatting errors (e-mail spacing, misplaced capitalisation, broken line breaks, etc.) • Normalise fields so we have consistent casing, date styles and column order across all sheets
Please use standard Excel or Google Sheets functions; no third-party add-ins are necessary. Deliver back a clean .xlsx file plus a short change log that highlights any assumptions or edge-cases you encountered so I can review them quickly.
If everything looks good, there will be more monthly pulls waiting.
