Experienced Project Management Lead

PHP, Project Management, Software Architecture, Sharepoint, Project Scheduling, Risk Management, Microsoft Project, Agile Project Management, Project Planning, Change Management · I’m launching a new initiative and need a hands-on project manager who can take full ownership from kickoff through close-out. The assignment involves shaping the project plan, steering day-to-day execution, and keeping every stakeholder aligned on scope, schedule, and risks.

You’ll start by clarifying objectives and success metrics with me, then translate them into a realistic work-breakdown structure, timeline, and budget baseline. Throughout delivery I expect transparent reporting—regular status updates, issue and risk logs, and clear action items so nothing slips.

Tool choice is flexible; whether you prefer Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, or a comparable platform, the key is using it to give the team real-time visibility and me concise dashboards.
