About this role
PHP, HTML, Image Processing, Data Extraction, Content Management System (CMS), Document Checking · I have a series of PDFs laid out in clear tables and column structures, and I need every piece of text plus the accompanying images moved into the matching sections of my website. The site is already fully configured to accept this data, so you’ll be working directly inside its CMS—no setup work required on your end.
Accuracy is critical: the table hierarchy, column order, and any headings must be preserved exactly as they appear in the source files. Images should be uploaded at original resolution, assigned to the correct spots, and given sensible filenames and alt-text pulled from the surrounding copy.
Deliverables • All PDF text entered into the designated website fields, retaining table or column alignment. • All images uploaded and placed correctly with descriptive alt-text. • A quick summary confirming page-by-page completion and any issues spotted (e.g., unreadable scans).
I’ll provide the PDFs, CMS login, and a short style guide once we start. If you’ve handled structured PDF extraction before and are comfortable keeping layouts intact, this should be straightforward.
