About this role
JavaScript, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, HTML, Analytics, Digital Marketing, Google Ads · My Google Ads campaigns are running but no purchases are being logged as conversions. I will give you full access to both the Ads account and our custom-built HTML/CSS site so you can trace and correct whatever is blocking the data flow.
The goal is straightforward: every completed purchase must trigger a clean, deduplicated conversion inside Google Ads so Smart Bidding can optimise on real results. Please audit the existing implementation, repair or replace the tags (global site tag, Google Tag Manager—whichever you favour), run end-to-end tests, then publish the fix across the live site while keeping the code lightweight.
Acceptance criteria • A test purchase shows in Google Ads as a conversion within the normal reporting window. • Conversion value and count line up with the confirmation page. • No duplicate or missing conversions after multiple tests.
