I am looking for an experienced Joomla/PHP developer to diagnose and fix an issue with a Joomla website after a malware infection and cleanup.

The website itself is running, and I can log into the Joomla administrator, but the main administrator navigation menu is not displayed.

What we already know Joomla administrator loads successfully. The administrator menu module exists in the database: ID: 12 module: mod_menu position: menu published: 1 client_id: 1 access: 3 mod_menu extension is enabled. Module menu assignment is menuid = 0. Logged-in Super User has access levels/groups required for the module. The database itself is accessible and the module can be retrieved directly. We have already spent several hours debugging ModuleHelper.php and module loading. The website was previously compromised by malware, so corrupted/modified Joomla core files or database records are possible. What I need

I need someone who can find the actual root cause and fix it, not just reinstall Joomla blindly.
