Freshworks CRM Automation Lead - Contract Work

PHP, Software Architecture, CRM, Salesforce.com, Documentation, Sales Management, Data Integration, Automation, Data Management, Workflow Automation · We're rolling out Freshsales and Freshdesk company-wide and need someone who can take full ownership of the implementation from day one. My immediate priority is robust workflows and automations that streamline the entire sales cycle, so every contact, deal, and ticket moves forward without manual intervention.

Here’s what I’m looking for:

• Automated follow-up emails that trigger at the right moments • Sales pipeline management tailored to our stages and KPIs • Deal stage tracking that feeds real-time, reliable dashboards

To get there, you’ll map our existing processes into a clean Freshworks architecture, configure fields, permissions, and data hierarchies, build the automations above, and integrate the system with email, calendar, and any third-party tools we use. Data integrity is critical, so you’ll handle imports, deduplication, and validation rules, then thoroughly test each workflow before go-live.

Once the system is live, I’ll need clear documentation and short, targeted training sessions for both sales and support teams so adoption sticks.
