I need help recovering access to an old Google/Gmail account that belongs to us.

We currently have:

the exact Gmail address; the last known password that was used on the account; some knowledge of the account's previous usage/history.

We no longer have:

access to the old recovery phone number; access to a recovery email; access to previously trusted/logged-in devices.
