We are looking for an experienced Automation/Integration Developer to build a reliable, production-ready system that automatically converts incoming work-order emails from Gmail into fully populated Jobber Requests, reducing manual data entry and supporting estimate turnaround within 24 hours.
Scope of Work
The automation should:
- Monitor a shared Gmail inbox 24/7 for new work orders. - Identify the actual client and request, including forwarded emails. - Use AI/LLMs to extract Title, Client, Work Overview, and Notes. - Generate a PDF/image snapshot of the original email. - Transfer relevant photos and PDF attachments. - Find the correct Jobber client or create a new one. - Create and populate a Jobber Request via API and attach relevant files. - Include robust error handling, logging, monitoring, alerts, and duplicate/missed-order protection.
