I have full, working credentials for both accounts and can grant access immediately.
What I’m looking for is a freelancer who knows the official Google Play transfer process inside out—handling the developer profile details, filling out Google’s transfer request form, double-checking financial and tax settings, and ensuring the listing, ratings, users, and update history remain intact throughout the switch. The goal is a seamless transfer with zero downtime for existing users and no disruption to future updates.
Deliverable: confirmation from Google (or visible in the destination console) that the app now sits in the new developer account and functions exactly as before.
