• Appointment scheduling – patients must be able to book online, receive automated confirmations, and see real-time availability. • Medical record keeping – staff should be able to create, view, and update each patient’s file quickly and securely.
An intuitive web interface is essential; a mobile-responsive front end would be a welcome extra. HIPAA-compliant data handling, role-based access for admin and clinicians, and a clean dashboard for daily workflow will serve as the baseline for acceptance.
