About this role
PHP, Website Design, Graphic Design, HTML, Web Development, Security, Database Management, Marketplace Development · I’m building an industry-specific job portal dedicated to healthcare careers and need a full-featured recruitment marketplace from the ground up. The site will let hospitals, clinics and allied-health organisations open employer profiles, post vacancies and manage applicants, while professionals can set up a personal account, upload their résumé and browse openings through a robust set of search filters.
Core features I must have from day one: • Secure résumé upload and storage, ideally in PDF/Doc with automated parsing. • Granular job search filters (role, speciality, location, shift, experience level and more). • Public-facing employer profiles that showcase company details and active listings, plus an internal dashboard for posting, editing and tracking jobs.
I’d like the overall flow to feel like a true marketplace: candidates and employers connect directly, communicate through a built-in messaging system, and track application status in real time. A clean, responsive interface is essential so the portal works equally well on desktop and mobile.
